Wow!!! Huge change!!! Guys, this needs to be seen, here are the changes:

6.36

* Added two new heroes (both disabled in -lm)
* New loading screen (thanks Artgerm)


* Gravekeeper's Cloak reduced from 7/14/21/28 to 6/12/18/24
* Nether Ward HP reduced from 100/200/300/400 to 75/150/225/300
* Searing Arrows cooldown from 0 to 4/3/2/0
* Dark Ritual cooldown from 45 to 60/55/50/45
* Nightmare casting range from 650 to 500/550/600/650
* Storm's Dispel damage increased from 200 to 350
* Chakra cooldown from 25 to 19
* Viper's Poison Attack cooldown from 0 to 4/3/0/0
* Denied units now give off minor Experience instead of none (planned for improved league play from a while back, unrelated to the recent forum postings for those wondering)
* Improved Mana Burn cast range on neutral Satyr (only meaningful when converted since it does not autocast anymore)


* Ogre Magi base damage improved
* Redistributed Crystalys/Buriza recipe costs from 1000/750 to 500/1250
* Improved base Intelligence on Phantom Lancer
* Increased Mask of Madness lifesteal from 10% to 17%
* Track cast range improved per level
* Increased Battlefury cleave aoe from 160 to 200, damage from +50 to +65 and a little more HP/Mana regen.
* Increased Leshrac's agility
* Improved how Doppelwalk levels
* Monkey King Bar's bonus damage increased from 90 to 100
* Luna attack range from 300 to 330
* Drunken Haze's duration from 5 to 7 seconds and slightly reduced mana cost
* Increased duration of level 2 and 3 of Doom by 2 seconds
* Changed level 2 and 3 Phantasm to take the same 200% extra damage as level 1
* Buffed Ursa's strength gain per level


* Fixed the old incorrect Chaos Damage ladder tooltip to reflect the DotA custom settings
* Rebased Lightning Bolt due to it sometimes causing allies to lose their issued orders on the target
* Fixed a recent bug with Chronosphere that froze his images
* Fiend's Grip now properly stops the effect when you run out of mana
* Swapped the locations of Dusk and Twighlight Taverns to be consistent with the Sentinel side
* Temporarily disabled -lmap
* Fixed -vr to random inside the voted hero vs hero set, so for example, blue/pink don't always get the first one listed anymore. Don't confuse this with the 10 heroes being randomized, only the order which they are assigned once the lineup is voted on. This removes the voting bias that previously existed in informal games
* Fixed a Clinkz Searing/Windwalk exploit
* Fixed Perseverance undo ability and Reality from triggering Essence Aura

Lots of interesting stuff! Did you see the one I bolded out? It will HUGELY affect gameplay. Also, Dark Ritual nerf (slight though) might make it easier to counter Lich.

I agree with Alex about the deny change >< I suppose that they have their reasons, but people don't deny for nothing... If it gives xp to the enemy when you deny your creeps, so what is exactly the goal of denying from now on? Evil or Very Mad

WTF mode (-wtf) works in this version. lol!



*A denied treant gives 24XP instead of 62XP (39%).
*A denied druid gives 24XP instead of 41XP (59%).
*3 denied treants + 1 denied druid gives 96XP instead of 227XP (42%).

Can anyone confirm this? We should really try it out because otherwise we won't know how important denying is now.

Goblin alchemist = big LOL. Even the worst of all the 9 years-aged noobs can become beyond godlike with this hero. His gold gain is so ridiculously high that he can get every item he wants without having to kill any hero, and even without having to care about dying or not. I just had a game where he were; I was playing Lich and owned em all all along the early and middle games (I had a score around 15/1 at this moment), when the late game arrived. Alchemist's score was something pretty bad around 3/12, but he had purchase sooo much gold that in the end he had BoT, HoT, Battle Cleaver, Hyperstone, Radiance & Satanic; without having played any good at any time. You will ask me; how is it possible? one word; Goblin's Greed. He can buy everything and anything he wants with that. The key isn't to play skillfully as it is for the ~79 other heroes; it is to spam this spell as much as possible. And in the end, his items made him so overpowered that it was impossible for us to make him lose more than 50% of his HPs, and he destroyed our throne in 6 seconds (this is no joke Razz) with his ulti ON.

To put things simply, in 6.36, the team which has the Alchemist is the team which will win. Whatever happens, it will win.

Then what shall we do? Play only shitty games until the 6.36b is released or prevent players not to pick it, and to simply ban&rmk if someone picks it in spite of the warning?

yes indeed... Alchemist is pretty strong... i think you all remember our 2-hour-game yesterday with that 3-rapier Alch (who was it? Hai?) - Our team led 40-25 or so (dunno exactly), but then we were just torn apart...
Though, the game was very funny Very Happy

Alchemist is really ridicously strong....Goblin's Greed is just crazy and makes him BY FAR the best farmer in the game. The acid thing is very good for farming as well and because of its gigantic range its very good for lane dominance as well (compare it to March of the Machines...it's similar but so much better). The stun thing is not that great, but with his damage items lategame, he will surely kill anyone he gets a 5sec stun on. The ulti...well...low cooldown, low manacost, big HP+attackspeed(+regen) increase...nuff said.

The Warlock seems to be a more difficult hero, but his spells are very strong as well...haven't tested im yet though so can't say a lot about him.

I think in our games we should at least ban Alchemist+Visage and maybe Warlock.

Warlock's regeneration spell is amazing too, lol. No matter how much HP he loses, he will be back to full health in less time than one should not any for the statement. His ulti (Inferno) seems sucky at first sight, but it is an amazing push skill; when the Infernal comes out and begin to attack your tower, you can't do anything else than waiting for him to go back in is fking dimension. He's simply too strong for you as long as you're not lvl 25, and even your tower only tickles it :shock:

Simply because Visage is together with Alchemist by far the strongest hero in the game. He got only nerfed slightly but almost every ability of him is damn good or imba. Grave Chill is nice for chasing, but ok, this one is fine. Soul Assumption is now the only spammable orb effect in early game (Searing Arrows and Viper's thing got CD)...but ok. Gravekeeper's cloak, though the recent mini-nerf is one of the two main reasons why he is imba...just get some HP items and you will be nearly unkillable for the opposite team as killing you would mean dying themselves or at least getting heavily damaged so that Visage's allies win the game. It's 24% damage return for everyone in 600AoE, exact damage. I've had several games where 3-4 people ganged me, i was perma-disabled, but still 1-2 of them died just cause of gravekeeper's cloak. This ability makes him the best tank in the game. You also mustn't forget that it reduces every damage taken by 24%. Revenants are also horribly imba, on the lane they 99% guarantee last hits/denies, they are great scouts when used well, they can farm for you while you are dead or they farm another lane/neutrals (because they can fly, if used well, they can kill neutrals without getting damaged). I've seen a lot of Visage imba replays, and he is banned in a lot of leagues like for example IHL euro.

It's not easy to play him well and get the right items, but if you do, he is unstoppable. More info: http://forums.dota-allstars.com/index.php?showtopic=85024
